Your first project

Make one idea easy to see

Choose something you can demonstrate: a desk reset, a recipe step, or a simple creative technique. You’ll leave with a script and shot plan you can use in your video editor.

Drafts are private. Guest work is accessible in this browser while its session remains available. Export a copy or sign in and save it to your account.

Worked example · Desk reset

Where did that pen go? Again?

Where did that pen go? Again? Before you buy another organizer, try this. For one study session, notice the three things you reach for most. Put those in a small tray beside your notebook. Everything else can wait. At the end, reset the tray for tomorrow. It is a small experiment, not a perfect desk. What would go in yours?

Why this works as a starting point: one audience, a visible action, and a question viewers can answer. Read it aloud and adjust the timing for your voice.

See the three-scene plan

0–5 seconds: close-up of a hand searching under papers. On-screen text: Where is my pen?

5–23 seconds: overhead shot moving a pen, sticky notes, and timer into a tray. Cut to studying.

23–30 seconds: reset the tray. End on a question: What would go in yours?

Make it useful before making it public

Use the lesson and checklist to revise. Try reading the script aloud to someone: what do they remember, and what would they do next? EKO’s checklist tracks completion; it does not predict reach or certify creative skill.
